For first time, not my morning listening; just randomly selecting a portion of a shuffled list of 10000+ tracks.
This one is less prog and more folk and classical.

Again, Multiple is turned on; I'd suggest selecting 2-3 of your favorites and explaining in comments.

Here's a vid of Dialeto with David Cross (since this one is probably less well known)

I'm still re-listening to a couple tracks, so haven't made my selections yet.

BLUE is the easy vote for me.
Dig me...But don't...Bury me
I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive
Warning: Listening to jazz excessively can cause a laxative effect.

OK, did my Listenin'.  Going with Chopin first (used to be a total Chopin junky before becoming a Proghead).

Second: Dialeto, haven't heard it much but really like it!

Third: Tie between Black Crows and Cowboy Junkies. Great bluesy feel on both.

JCS is I think the best rock opera of all the times, but Hosanna is for me its only stinker. I'm used to skip it despite the great bass voice of Caiaphas. On this set I only know Chopin, so I can't vote.

I stand with Roger Waters, I stand with Joan Baez, I stand with Victor Jara, I stand with Woody Guthrie. Music is revolution

Vote anyway. I realize people may not know some/most of the tracks. In the last Random post I suggested just voting for what you know and like, and perhaps should have repeated it here.

In any case, old timers, (or semi-old anyway) should remember this one. The album was quite popular in its day!

Scriabin is my 2nd favorite composer for piano, following Charles-Valentin Alkan.  They were both nuts.  Chopin is talented, but insufficiently bonkers for my taste.

From this list? The JCS tune. That whole album was wonderfully done.
