I haven't heard every solo album by every ex member, but of those I have heard (which is a fair few) I'd give it Jon Anderson - though it's for a fairly few number of albums, and especially the first one.   I've got to be honest, not many of the solo albums I've heard have tremendously endeared themselves to me.

I've heard Chris Squire's "Fish Out of Water" album is very good and I'll find out for myself soon when I review it. Smile

I like a few Wakeman albums, so he gets my vote; but Anderson's Olias of Sunhillow is a guilty pleasure.

Jon Anderson receives my vote, although all made some enjoyable music.  I'm very impressed that Anderson continues to develop new, innovative music.

25% is quite a low number . It's funny in a way that he works so hard and has released so many great albums yet can only poll just ahead of a guy that made only one significant solo album.Confused
I would expect more votes for Anderson. Never been a great jazz rock fusion fan so Bruford's solo stuff will probably remain a mystery to me. I could have splashed out on his box set but I just know I would only play one CD and then not bother with the rest.

I recently bought Jon Anderson's "The More You Know" (1998) album, although it's a big departure from his early Prog-Rock years as a solo artist. It's more of a funky Pop/Rock album. Smile

That's an album I reviewed recently and gave it a well-deserved five-star rating. Chris Squire's Swiss Choir Christmas album was very good too.

Rick - although he comes over as a comedian, raconteur and lounge pianist at times these days (bless 'im) - there is real gold to be found within his million or so career releases (only pleased I'm not a completist, as I would have bankrupted myself over the years 😆)

Rick is one of the original Grumpy Old Men and I always enjoyed seeing him on Countdown where he always had a tale to tell. Smile

I’m not too crazy about any of the solo work that came out of Yes...but if I have to chose one I’d say Patrick Moraz’ The Story Of I. At least it sounds fresh and original. Well so does Jon’s debut, but I only dig half of that album.
Fish Out Of Water was very underwhelming when I first heard it..I feel mostly because I’d come from a similar poll over PA where it came out on top.
Still..that’s basically what makes sites like these interesting. If we agreed on everything and all listened to the same stuf, I’d be zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I never stopped being interested in anything and everything that Bill Bruford contributed to; he always chose interesting and adventurous/challenging projects and surrounded himself with amazing (if often relatively unknown) musicians. 

Though Rick Wakeman may have released over 50 albums, I never quite connected with Rick's sounds, formats, or sense of melody--this latter aspect which led me to stop being curious to even hear his latest releases.

Jon had some super highs (Change We Must, Olias) and some real lows. 

After the 1970s, the rest could never generate interest or excitement for me.
