The scariest thing is the first three tracks are "whipped cream", "a taste of honey" and "magic trumpet".... no sexual connotations there, then! Prince, where are you when we need you?

I just couldn't believe these two:

Bloody Hell - it's been a while since I've thought of this band.... I actually bought this album when it first came out; The Handsome Beasts hail from Nuneaton in the UK's West Midlands, and were actually a fairly good Sabbath type band, but spun through with a deep vein (thrombosis) of humour

norweigen band Mayhem had a member who shot himself in the head with a shotgun so they used one of the photos from the suicide scene as an album cover. The bassist also killed the drummer or something.

Yep, I've heard the same story too.. don't know if it's true though. But that cover is apparently REAL. I just don't understand how the record company let them do something as sick as that... Sick people!

the record company didnt technically allow it. The album had to be bootlegged with the cover so that people could hear it. I think there has been an official release with that cover though

All I can say is that I wish this cover was larger... I had wet dreams about this one when I was 14, no wonder it was sold in a brown paper bag!!

Music has always been a matter of energy to me. On some nights I believe that a car with the needle on empty can run 50 more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio. Hunter S Thompson
