Well....The GOP and Dems have both shown they don't really want to move on after the report showed' Trump 'not guilty' of 'collusion and obstruction'.......instead of saying that's that and getting back to work (whatever that is for politicians) now the GOP wants to investigate the origin of all of this and the Dems are still not happy that Trump isn't gone. What a silly mess.

^^The way I understand it, Mueller left the obstruction decisions up to Congress. It's their constitutional duty to investigate it. Checks and balances and all that stuff. This is far from over. The question I have is what will be the repercussions if Trump and his cronies continue to stonewall this investigation?

I don't disagree for the most part ...regarding the comment on Congress (House and Senate btw..) to decide , but imho nothing will come out of all of this on either side and in the end it will have been a big waste of time....and the taxpayers money which politicians are already guilty of. Even though we all know that Trump's people took meetings and were definitely looking to get dirt on Hiliary from the Russians the report decides there was 'no collusion'.....so at this point let's move on. The idea that the GOP wants to investigate the investigators is simply more political bs on their side and even more waste of money and time....so they are as bad as the Dems in this regard.

I remember Obama stating on camera, just 2 weeks before the election, that it was impossible for Russia to interfere with American elections. Consult a calendar, it was on Obama's watch that Russia interfered with America's election. Do you remember Romney claiming Russia was dangerous? I remember Obama repartee'd with the zinger...and I quote-
“The 1980s are now calling to ask for their foreign policy back because the Cold War’s been over for 20 years.”

Easy Money, are you telling me that you based your conspiracy theory on something Putin said? And you believed Putin?  How that work out for ya?
I predicted most this stuff 2 years ago...on this thread. I'll tell you something that you don't know. I read the entire Mueller Report. Mueller never mentions the Steele Dossier. 450 pages and no Steele Dossier. What up with that? Towards the beginning of Vol 1, Mueller states that a person from an allied country pointed the FBI towards George Papadopoulos. And that's how the entire investigation started. After all the research I've done, I didn't even skip a beat. I filled in the blanks- Alexander Downer of Australia. The very same Alexander Downer who directed tens of millions of Australian tax dollars to the Clinton Foundation. That guy! (You think that's why Mueller didn't mention his name? ) Downer told the FBI that he and Papadopoulos were drinking and a drunk Papadopoulos told Downer that he had dirt on Hillary. That news should break any day now.
In the mean time, I'll post links to the two most recent events. Check out the photos of Downer and Bill Clinton. You'll find Crimea in history books. Look up the rest of the info for yourself.

I think you totally misunderstood what I was saying, but that's okay, it really wasn't that important.
I really don't care about conspiracies and much of what you mentioned, there are more important concerns than trump's admiration for putin and what that could lead to.
My concerns are very simple, our current president is a low brow uncouth dim wit who can't get along with our allies, while being suckered by our enemies. He is also a bold faced liar and a thin skinned pompous arrogant egotist who can't handle satires about himself.
He thinks coal is the way of the future and he thinks government should interfere in whatever strikes him as worth interfering with. His attitude towards women is beyond crude.
He has spent his whole life seeking financial gain, often in morally questionable venues such as casinos. This in comparison to people I know who devote their life to helping others.
This is a lot more about character than politics, I really can't stand loud mouthed braggarts like him.

For Easy Money ...both the Daily Caller and zero hedge are right wing web sources..indeed zero hedge has been called alt right conspiracy and Caller is founded by Tucker Carlson from Fox...both biased sources....but then the right think that only they know the 'truth' and liberals just lie. ;) IMO the right spin things even more than the left but they have become good at acting like they don't. They and Drumpf invented the term fake news to use whenever they hears something they don't like that hits too close to home and the truth.
btw..I don't even argue/discuss this current political debacle with hard core righties or hard core lefties because they both have their heads so far up their asses they will never see daylight again.

Trump and Putin talk on the phone and both agree there was no collusion, or rather Putin told him there was no collusion and Trump agreed. Trump didn't warn Putin against interfering in the 2020 elections, because again, Trump can't wrap his head around that every U.S. intelligence department, our allies and the Mueller report all showed unequivocally that the Russian interfered in 2016. Because Trump is a narcissistic ego-driven buffoon who refuses to even read the reports, which would wound his delicate pride.
Putin also told Trump that Russia was not interfering in Venezuela, and Trump, of course, believed him. “He is not looking at all to get involved in Venezuela, other than he'd like to see something positive happen for Venezuela,” Trump told reporters. This goes against Trump's own State Department and Nick Pompeo, who stated Putin sent troops to back Maduro, and Putin was trying to destabilize Venezuela.

The GOP have been anti Russian and anti- communist since the dawn of time...now because their 'leader' is kissing Putin's ring they have suddenly softened on Russia....really? What's wrong with this picture. WE have a group of dimwits who are so in love with being conservatives with their guy in the office that they are ignoring the elephant in the room.

The problems with trump go beyond simplistic 'liberals vs conservative' type convenient media labeling and cliches.
There are many conservatives who recognize how dangerous and dysfunctional trump is, and when it comes to the classic small government conservatism of the Goldwater, Kemp and Libertarian variety, trump is no where near being on the same page. When it comes to a reduced role for government, trump is a fake conservative and a con artist only out for himself.

heres something to think about for the ones that don't think trump is a great president...you better open your eyes if a democrat gets voted in that job you have will be no more, the food on your table to feed your kids will eventually be gone. the cars you have will be gone, the home you have worked for will no longer belong to you , the money you have will no longer be yours, you will have to allow the government to tell you where you can live , what you can have, how much money you can keep yes its called socialism ...think about that ,!! vote trump 2020

Wrong, Dr. Wu. The Right didn't event the term "fake news". Go look it up. I could have posted New York Times articles covering the same material as Zero Hedge and the Daily Caller. Just because, a news source leans left or right, doesn't mean they don't report facts.
On the other hand, The Washington Post, NBC, and CNN told the Russian-Collusion lie for over 2 years. And you believed it Dr. Wu. You weren't the only one, thousands flocked to NBC and CNN for their daily dopamine rush. Conspiracy theorist Alex Jones was proved right, meanwhile NBC, CNN, and several people on this thread were wrong. Dr. Wu, were you disappointed to find out that Trump didn't collude with Russia? Did you want Trump to be a Russian agent? If I didn't know better, I be apt to conclude that you'd rather America fail as long as Trump failed too. Try posting facts to boost your arguments-
My argument- Americans have thrived under President Trump.
Stock Market set new records this week. Up 30% since Christmas! Minorities are thriving! Lowest black and Hispanic unemployment ever. (This is great news!) Lowest female unemployment since 1953! Lowest unemployment for everybody since 1969. Wages are rising. The fastest in decades!
No NEW Wars. Does that upset you Dr. Wu? Do you miss Obama bombing 7 different countries? Or do you like the way Macron runs France, with 20% approval rate and tens thousands of Yellow Jackets protesting non-stop since November. Is that the America you want?

Yes! It'll be wonderful to send American Troops to Venezuela! It worked out great in Iraq, Afghanistan, Vietnam, Somalia, Libya and a bunch of other countries. Dark Elf is right! Why isn't America at War already? Obama was the first "two-term" president to carry on war every single day.
