Here & Now are in the archives. Their first album and their collaboration with Daevid Allen and Gilli Smyth of Gong for the "Live Floating Anarchy" album are definitely prog. |

Another one, just because it's International Women's Day: They prolonged their tendency to wear out female vocalists: on their forthcoming album, Letters to Maro (out April 13th), a new vocalist named Irini-Alexia Terzakis makes her appearance. |

Here's one I can't believe we didn't pick up until now: the fantastic singer and bassist Sara Aliani, of Italy's Lagartija.

Not a pop album but a jazz/classical album. Check out this preview of her album. To flush out Tapfret's quote. Check out her Soundcloud page where she covers Frank Zappa, ELP, King Crimson, Mahavishnu Orchestra, Weather Report, Jaco Pastorius, Gentle Giant, The Nice, and more. Her most popular video is her playing Tarkus on Keith Emerson's Moog. You can also find her on YouTube playing Montana, Inca Roads, and Eat That Question with Zappa Plays Zappa.

Yeah, i'm majorly impressed. She needs to be in a band and release a bunch of albums. She is the ultimate definition of a prog goddess for sure :)
