interesting day today.. got some fresh meat on my crew today. Were exposed to DJ Micky Dicky and his eclectic crush for the first time.
Big shout out to The Selenotrope which freaked out yet amazed the crew. Might have made Guapo a few new fans today. What an great piece of music.. but the winner today... no contest. Some time back on my Facebook page (now collecting dust I suppose) I had asked everyone for their opinions on the PERFECT song.. lots of great suggestions.. but honestly.. I think this one takes it. Had 4 grown men.. me included.. singing every word from memory.. and did I get some kudos for absolutely nailing Blue's bass vocals... And Momma, some bad talk goin' round town sayin' that Papa had three outside children And another wife, and that ain't right |

'Northern Lights' - Renaissance. Not very cutting edge....but I have a real soft spot for this single whenever I roll out Song For All Seasons. Love that little bass guitar motif just before the final chorus reprise at 3:13.
