Local heroes from my hometown and a great band, but photogenic? I'm not so sure... The shinpads are legendary!

There is much about this one that is, frankly, inexplicable. To point out but three items:

1. The gentleman to the front of the grouping is wearing a furry animal glove puppet, possibly called 'Wolfy' and used in his children's ventriloquism act.

2. His colleague in orange trousers does not have a left nipple.

3. This album apparently dates from the period of Barry Manilow's brief tenure in the band, as he can be seen to the left of the image in a particularly unlikely wig.

I thought this was common knowledge Simon but I guess you don't know your rock history

I also believe this was right before Manilow's stint in King Diamond.

A great album cover here for a great album by these two early associated musicians of Brand X. How dare you.
