Seing as Dali is winning against Warhol in spite, I will play my carf. Roumerd to be the first modernist pinter whom pinted all mental stated posibly and painted among the most iconic art works of all time vs Dali.

Still Dali, but this one is definitely a heck of a lot closer than the Warhol poll.

I'm a big Dali fan (both for his films and his paintings) so it's quite obvious for me

Maybe a more balanced poll should be Dali vs. Picasso. Their styles are quite different but the impact they provoked in modern art is remarkable and that's where the comparison shall aim IMO.

btw..I have an exact copy in oil on canvas of that..done by an art student at IU Indiana in 1971

Yes, Barry Godber died of a heart attack at the age of 24 in February 1970 about 4 months after the albums release.
