I call this Stabylo Yellow (or whatever brand of highlighter you use in your neck of the woods) I saw some stupid scouts forcing the kids in their "protection" to wear these safety jackets  ... some of those jackets were so big that two kids tripped on the bottom and fell (this was in Flanders on their "national day", of course)...
