Which run of 6 albums you prefer: by Black Sabbath - s/t, Paranoid, Master of Reality, Vol. 4, Sabbath Bloody Sabbath and Sabotage or Rush - 2112, A Farewell to Kings, Hemispheres, Permanent Waves, Moving Pictures and Signals?
I am a big fan of both bands but I think Sabbath are a bit stronger here.

Sabbath, of course. One of the greatest unbroken sequences of albums in the history of rock.

Sabbath, and you could have lumped all the Rush albums together and it wouldn't have made a bit of difference.

Oh man. I'm going to have to think about this one. No bad albums here for sure.

I love both bands, and all these albums. I went with Rush.
Now, if Sabbath's run went from Sabbath Bloody Sabbath up through Mob Rules, it would be a much tighter race!

Sabbath all the way.
Master of Reality of my personal favourite. Sabotage was some classic innovation in the Thrash metal and speed metal area |

Ok, I pulled the trigger and voted for Rush. That said I like those Sabbath albums a lot. I even saw them last year on their farewell tour. The weird thing is I wore my Rush shirt to that show(I was the only person there wearing a Rush shirt(that I saw)). So, I chose Rush mainly just because I am more of a fan of them than I am of BS even though I like BS a lot too.

I'm not really sure, and I haven't heard all the Sabbath albums involved. But in this site I thought Rush would have won the poll... or at least give a tighter fight... still, the poll may evolve differently later on.

Rush easily.
I like the first 3 Sabbath albums, but the next 3 are just OK. But I love Hemispheres, Permanent Waves and Moving Pictures and 2112 and A Farewell to Kings are pretty good too.

Rush, and I'm amazed at the results of the poll so far. I love Sabbath, but Rush are in a different league IMO.

Two random guys agreed to shake hands. Just Because. They felt like it, you know. It was an agreement of sorts...a random agreement.
