On the homepage you can see a lounge called Suggest New Bands and Artists (it's the second-to-last of the Progressive Music Lounges). Then, you can create a new topic for the band there. Just make sure to read the Band Suggestion Procedure beforehand. Some things to remember: include a band description or short biography, include some links of the band's work, and to be patient because collaborators in the subgenre team need to find the time to listen to and discuss the band.
