Heeeey. You're on a music team right? What's more important for suggesting new bands: text about the band or links to the music?

I feel like
I Mother Earth was formed in 1990 by brothers Christian (drums, percussion, production, lyrics) and Jagori 'Jag' Tanna (guitar, engineering, bass on first album), and Edwin (vocals). Note that Edwin was also vocalist for Alex Lifeson's Victor: http://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=11694 With a 5 song demo and only 13 shows later (noted for the jam sessions), the band signed to EMI (Canada) and Capitol (international). They recorded their first album, Dig http://https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL139B666F4E8357A1 http://https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dig_(I_Mother_Earth_album), in 1992 and released it the following year. The album includes: extended jams, latin percussion, slap bass, slap guitar, psychedelic lyrics and instrumentation, Hammond organ (just on the intro song I believe), 12 songs of which half are between 5:56 and 8:19 minutes long, and has been filed under the genres including alt rock/metal, funk metal, and grunge. The album beat Rush's Counterparts for 'hard rock album of the year' in 1994's Juno Awards (Canadian music awards). After that, members of both bands (Rush and IME) would collaborate on future projects (Alex Lifeson plays on "Like a Girl" on IME's Scenery and Fish, Geddy plays on "Good for Sule" on Blue Green Orange, and Edwin provided vocals for the majority of Lifeson's Victor).
might be a bit long for just their creation, first album and their friendship with Rush.

Links to music. It's always easier for the teams to not have to search around for the evaluation. Speeds up the process and avoids the possibility of investigating the wrong band (thinking in the realm of short/simple band names here). Not that it should be just awhole bunch of links without explanations, but if you 'err' on one side...provide too many links. Tongue

PS - that writeup seems good to me.

If an attack with nuclear weapons is expected, you will hear the air attack warning. If you are not at home, but can get there within two minutes, do so. If you are in the open, take cover in the nearest building. If you cannot reach a building, lie flat on the ground and cover your head and your hands.

I've always heard you should let the nearest building take cover in you.

Also would that make it a sex cake? I don't pay much attention to confections besides eating them.

Ooooooh yeah that makes sense. It's definitely sh*tty for big news unless you care about people's opinions (or more commonly their first reactions) and I'd guess no shreddies are big on that kinda gossip.

I"m pretty sure marzipan translates too 'devil's rectal cancer'.

Marzipan is a confection consisting primarily of sugar or honey and almond meal (ground almonds), sometimes augmented with almond oil or extract. It is often made into sweets; common uses are chocolate-covered marzipan and small marzipan imitations of fruits and vegetables.

Mephistopheles (/ˌmɛfɪˈstɒfɪˌlz/German pronunciation: [mefɪˈstɔfɛlɛs]; also Mephistophilus, Mephistophilis, Mephostopheles, Mephisto, Mephastophilis, and other variants) is a demon featured in German folklore.
