Wait. Isn't the thing you linked Finnish?
Yes, I realized that after I pasted it, which is why I thought I pasted a link below, but I see only the name (forgot the song I wanted to link). Thanks.

Keep up the good work. I've always had a strong affection for Eastern European and Middle Eastern instruments, scales and melodies. From Bulgaria to Uzbekistan, I try to hear as much as I can of classical, prog, hard rock, folk and even pop. Frankly, the only use I see for events like the Eurovision Song Contest are clips that come from that arc of nations and cultures.

Asia Minor and Erkin Koray are both great, and I would like to add a band not (yet) added to PA, ZeN, a quite unique psych/jam band with touches of Krautrock(Can and Amon Düül II) and with some Turkish traditional instruments:

I'll be introducing and promoting Turkish bands here to you.
First band is Nekropsi. They formed in İstanbul in 1989 as a thrash band, and released Speed Lessons Part 1 demo in 1992. After several years, they changed their style and released Mi Kubbesi (The Dome of Mi) in December 1996.
Appearing in a few concerts, they disbanded in 1998, following separate roads. Suprisingly, in 2005, they were reformed, replacing bass guitar and recording Sayı 2: 10 Yılda Bir (Issue 2: Published Every 10 Years), indicating their long inactivity. It was released in March 2007. Style is distant from their first album.
In 2010 they released Nekropsi 1998, some new songs and interpretations. After releasing monthly records in 2013, they released Aylık/Monthly in January'14.
Mi Kubbesi and Sayı 2 (especially first one) is recommended, don't know very well others.
