Fresh rye (bread) is best rye (bread) butt I'm more of a sourdough guy.

Found a really great mastering plug-in: http://www.voxengo.com/product/soniformer/

It costs $90 butt after trying the free demo version I think it's worth it. Super transparent compression/limiting (and can be multiband to boot).

checking my assumptions on google images though, the american version seems a lot better than ours, just google 'roggebrood'
