tis the season.... and the frig is well stocked with various brands of pumpkin beers.
Now enjoying a New Belgium Pumpkick. Really good flavor.. even if a bit lighter in the loafers than I prefer. I don't dare pour it into a glass... I'd probably be able to see through it.

you haven't had one of my Bloody Mary's then... I was the best bartender in Stillwater in my fall down drunk by night Straight A Math/physics college student by day life. (there apparently was no such thing as state alcohol control agents in Oklahoma.. first we punched in.. then made our first drinks of the evening. The owner was a drunk, we all were) I actually got a $100 tip from a some rich ass alumni for making what he called.. and I do quote...'this man makes the best goddamned bloody mary I've ever had' the trick is... 7 parts vodka.. 3 parts tomato juice. I use it for coloring mostly and just a smidgen of vegetable flavor.  It rocked... and after 8 hours of them...put me dancing on pool tables on more than one occasion by closing time. remind me of that when I finally am able to get you in my cluthes and show you the wild side of 'what are you eating/drinking right now?' still on the Pumpkin brews here... and will be for the next month I suppose haha
