A nice bunch of guys. I've met them a couple of times at local gigs. Their new album is one of my favorites this year. I can't help but like a band that is influenced by Rush with a taste of Dream Theater thrown in for good measure.

They have lots of neat guests on the new one including Max and Mike Portnoy; Ian Anderson; Colin Edwin; and Matthew Parmenter amongst others. And Terry Brown, who produced my favorite Rush albums, is again the producer.

Brown I'm sure was comfortable with working with them seeing their similarities to Rush.

I listened to Weightless and I can state that in my view: it's very much like Transatlantic, minus the cheesy melodies and Neal's and Roine's disappointingly decaying voices. So, they're pretty much Transatlantic: The Good Edition.
