Spinal Tap doesn't count! They were SUPPOSED to be intentionally bad and hilarious. Most of the horrible stuff on here was serious i believe and despite how bad it all is, it's strangely addictive!

So guess you're saying: any albumcover taking the piss doesn't count. How can you be sure the bands were serious with their albumcovers? Like the Fleetwood Mac-cover posted recently...

Oh well, the search continues...
OK, i admit it. I just don't think Spinal Tap covers are bad. They are comedy albums. The Fleetwood Mac one might be intended to be humorous but it's still sooooo bad! Love the music though. We're only talking about album covers here :)
I almost wish I could remember what death metal album it was but there was a depiction of a female administering a christ cross into herself, in one way or another.
Just think a record company invested money into using this... art... to sell the content to people who would actually see it and consider swapping coin for this... product as worth while.

I've always thought this was a pretty horrible cover, but i don't think i've ever seen anyone else complain..so maybe i'm just not a big Who fan and don't get ..?
