How's that one, Gary? I didn't see them when they released that album, all the other bands who played that night played Punk Hardcore... that was highly discouraging LOL

Harmonia - Live 1974
Blood Ceremony - The Eldritch Dark
Sean Riley & The Slowriders - s/t
Black Mountain - In The Future
Black Bombaim - Far Out (It was right next to Black Mountain, I couldn't resist LOL)

^  Hey Sam, the first Black Bombaim album is one long high energy jam. They don't let up from beginning to end. I ordered the album half-way through my first listen yesterday (listened to it twice).

Last night:

Forrest Fang – The Sleepwalker’s Ocean
Steve Roach – Bloodmoon Rising: Night 01
Camel – Breathless

Spock’s Beard – The Oblivion Particle – I’ve worked out what part of the problem is for me. That `Get Out While You Can’ track, smack bang in the middle, is filler of the highest order. I have a real OCD dislike of a chorus that pretty much repeats the same line four times in a row, it’s boring and lazy. The album is overlong anyway, but that track really brings the momentum down. Good stuff either side of it, though, it’s probably more varied and less heavy overall than `Brief Nocturnes...’

^^ That sounds great! I'll give it a listen later. I noticed there's a US edition that is much cheaper than the Portuguese one.

^ Skip that track the next time Tongue I hate that kind of chorus as well Sick

^  Yeah, I ordered the US reissue on cyan blue vinyl. It was about half the price and ships from the US for only $5.

Sam, there's a Marillion album from a few years back called `Somewhere Else', and while it's probably not one of their really important ones, it's still better than the dismissal it got at the time of its release. But there's two tracks back to back - `See It Like a Baby' and `Thank You Whoever You Are' (tracks 2 and 3) and BOTH repeat the title four times in a row for the chorus - absolutely does my head in!

^^ I'd probably ask for a repress instead of buying that one. I just noticed customs is sending my Alpha Wave Movement order back to the US Thumbs Down

^ I never heard that one, that seems awful though LOL If there's a song that repeats the same line a lot and I'm OK with it, it's this one, since it gives the idea that townfolk is gathering around the main character to hear his speech:

^ Nothing, they are just idiots and I spent so many hours and patience trying to reason with them.

^  I would definitely go see Black Rainbows if they played here. I like the new one (I already have Hawkdope and Holy Moon).
Yeah, that Saturdays And Space Travels is great. Very solid all the way through.

How did you like the Eela Craig? I have it in my original collection but it's the only one I've heard.
