One already in the archives, and even worse, from countrymen of mine...
"Cabeza", the awful first album from the Argentine band Pez features an even more disgusting cover. When I first saw it as it is now in the Archives on the band's albums page, as a low-res semi-blurred JPG seen from far away, it looks like some sort of black and white picture of peaches cut into their halves with their seeds on. Well, the sad truth is that it is a closeup photograph from the three band members' foreskins. Oh, and since Guru Guru was of course mentioned here with Hinten, I would like to bring them back with the back cover of Känguru and the front one of Mani In Germani: EDIT: Oh, and of course, the gif in my signature had never been so relevant.

Hey, dude! You're repeating some i already posted! Not to say it doesn't deserve a second viewing though. It might be worthy of the top 10!

It was bound to happen, I don't remember all the ones I've seen. If I did I'd need immediate psychological help.

Keeping it to Progarchives examples, Missus Beastly's second self-titled album is, ah, sure something.
And of course there's this one: Though that is at least a case of truth in advertising, since the consensus seems to be that Caravan weren't even trying any more on that album.
