^  Nice...

I recently got the vinyl copy of In The Future but I don't think I've heard IV. I'll check it out.

Which Finch album is that?

Jean-Luc Ponty has so many albums but I didn't discover him until Upon The Wings Of Music in 1975.
A couple of favorites are Imaginary Voyage and Enigmatic Ocean.

I think you can only listen to a couple of tracks from the new album. From what I heard live, it seems really great, it has lots of 70's spaciness Big smile

I edited my previous post, for some reason I didn't see the title LOL

I didn't have any of his album, but I remember this one is great. It's not easy to forget that cover Smile

^  The first three Finch albums are all great. Thumbs UpThumbs UpThumbs Up (one for each album)

When you get a chance give Enigmatic Ocean a listen. I think you'll like it.
It has Allan Holdsworth and Daryl Stuermer on guitars. Stuermer played live gigs with Genesis and Phil Collins.

^ I never heard anything from them but since you and Michael speak highly of them, I decided to bring it home Smile

I heard Enigmatic Ocean two years ago, around the same time I heard Mystical Adventures. I'll have to give it another listen Thumbs Up

Been meaning to get it for years! Then hellogoodbye mentioned on another thread how cool the bonus tracks on the reissue are, and I finally pressed the button.

From the last month or so:

Daevid Allen Weird Quartet - Elevenses (Gong reincarnated)
Aluk Todolo - Voix
Causa Sui - Return To Sky
Catharsis - Chevrons
Black Mountain - IV
Fishmans - Long Season
Equations - Hightower (thank you Samuel)
Neil Young - Psychedelic Pill (that opening 27+ min track is just to die for- especially if you enjoy a good psych guitar with those unique "nerves" of Neil's)
Venetian Snares - Traditional Synthesiser Music (not even slightly though)
Vespero - Lique Mekwas (The Santana edition...almost but with a twist)

I haven't listened to the full album yet, no, but I'm eagerly waiting for the postman to help me out.
And no my friend - sadly you'll see none of that juicy commission - I know I've tried - but let's see if we can't arrange something like this for you:
