What are you eating/drinking right now?

Fried chicken breasts, corn, mashed tates, and a rare treat... my favorite doughnut for dessert; a sugar raised.

I got out of an all night emergency that came in just at the end of our normal work day yesterday  by the skin of my teeth.  Seniority likely saved me there..

waiting ever so patiently for my newest beverage expeiment to cool in the fridge before trying one..

this is either going to be very very good..

or very very bad

for now.. some Raff tea while getting back on track from a couple of Old Rasputin while enjoying a good pizza and  watching Italy get smoked by Wales at our favorite local place.

Since Raff is leaving me... for two weeks she tells me.. but a man knows.  It is another man

Anyhow.. since she thinks I can't survive by myself for two weeks we went to the Harris Teeter yesterday to stock up on emergency bachelor surival items.

And got this.. and man of man. I thought it would be either very very good or the worst beer I've tasted since I was 13 and thought shotgunning Bud was the good life.

So the verdict...

One sip transported back to my 3rd favorite city in the world....

It is a party in my mouth right now!  WHOOT!  I sure can choose them. Women and beers. Either I pick the best or the very worst.  No middle ground for me.. then again. .that never has been my style. Extremes rule...

yeah. To take care of her finances and properties and to see her brother and his family.  Since I in charge of a million dollar project for the company (with two more on tap once I finish this one) I get no vacation and stay here.

She thinks I will enjoy the time apart without her underfoot hah... thinks it will be party central here. Pffff What she doesn't see is the walls closing in within 30 minutes of being alone in this place.
