he is the type that you like less the more you learn of him.  I've been reading his own campaign people are deserting him.  Handsome guy..  empty head awaiting instructions for those that pull his strings. We won't elect another 'W' for some time.. this guy is  younger and more handsome version of a complete idiot that will be having us in a war against someone within 4 years and wrecking our economy even more quickly. I've always seen him as being a lot like Ted Cruz... only he tries to clean the vomit from his shoes... and yet is lazy and perpetually in over his head.

Don't expect much of him: Trump or Cruz will likely best him at home in a week, after he barely racked up any wins, ending his campaign in an embarrassment that'll probably end his whole political career. It's leaking that a few of his campaign advisers want him to drop out before Florida to try and keep some face... and so his senate seat.

I think you didn't get it.  I was saying wasn't it Rubio who started the pointless debate about Trump's hands?  So they all seem to be terrible - Rubio, Cruz, Trump in order of smallest to biggest mouth.  Maybe Jeb Bush was the only somewhat moderate candidate they had lined up this time.  So as much as Republicans may outrage at Trump, he is the monster they created by swinging way right with every subsequent election.  These sort of tactics will lead to either a huge sweep if, heaven forbid, there are enough voters who actually believe in Drump or a crushing defeat for Republicans which is perhaps what will force them to finally reinvent their party.

The last big losses - McCain to Obama, Romney to Obama - didn't force them to reinvent their party, so what makes you think they will do so now? Trump will gain the nomination and go down in flames in the general. Republicans will merely conclude that next time they need to nominate a "real conservative" and they will then sweep the country.  Well, the country of old white uneducated men, but that's a place too, right?

A big upset and the biggest win of his campaign so far, he's now in a position to really take Clinton on. I am very pleased with the results myself.

More of a hope. The only thing worse than a two party system is a one party system. So would rather see the Republicans get some sense drilled into their heads than for the party to get wiped out.

Nope.  Walked in at 7:45.  Cast my vote for Hillary and walked out.  There was one person ahead of me and one person who left as I as walking in, but voting was just the way I like it. I think that the Michigan voters got confused and thought that they were voting for Barry Sanders.

This guy http://2016.democratic-candidates.org/La-Fuente/ was on our ballot.  Kind of threw me for a bit of a loop.  I might have voted for him as a protest vote if I had known anything about him.  Apparently, there are a ton more people running for the Democratic vote...they just didn't get on many ballots; aren't known; and have no chance in hell of being elected.

So as Trump increasingly resembles Idi Amin, I've been mulling over something tangential to this election cycle - in New Jersey, NJ Transit is looking like it's going to have to deal with a strike from its rail workers. Naturally Chris Christie has jetted off on vacation while things careen toward headaches for all.

Now, WCBS noted that Congress, mainly through selected negotiators, is in a position to arbitrate on the issue should it come to a strike. Analysts they've talked to believe that Congressional establishment Republicans may be so miffed by Christie's endorsement of the Lord of All the Beasts of the Earth and Fishes of the Seas that they would go so far as to work with Congressional Democrats to come down hard on the side of labor, just to embarrass him. In the words of one person they talked to: "[...] they'll throw Christie overboard!"

That would be something. My father's been laughing for a while now over the image of Reid and Ryan and friends having a more literal tea party with Christie.

There is, as of yet, only unverified reports of Trump's cannibalism. There is a belief that the topknot of hair that dangles from his head is a souvenir of an Irish girl whom he dated in college. The rest of her remains have not been recovered.

love the news out of Chicago.... way to go!!!!

Looking forward to the Maryland Primaries here...  I've often said it is a war.  Good to see the left fighting back after so many years of being a Milquetoast punching bag as it let the right wage war on IT.

If Trump does show his face in Maryland I do grab that piece of 3/4 rigid pipe I use as my self defense prop.. and I go to that rally and prepare to bust heads...

I'm not sure when it is... but it is coming up.  If he hasn't sewn up the nomination by next Tuesday Maryland could be in play, ie. Important.so he might have to show up.

If there is a God.. and damnit I believe there is...  Trump shows his face in one of the bluest of blue states.  If he is within 20 miles of Baltimore it will be a bloodbath and I will be there. Pipe in hand. It has been too long since I've been in the sh*t.  It would be one last gasp of ass kicking Micky before I hit 50LOL

No offence buddy, but that much violence will make it much worse. There needs to be at least "civil disobedience" and not the sh*t the Bernie supporters are doing (and this is coming from said supporter). Of course the best way of doing this is to stop paying attention to Trump's tactics, but of course We're Only in It for the Money. f**king idiots, I say.
