Neat. I had disappeared when this thread was made.
I don't have any anecdotes to add but I like that there's humour in this thread. You don't have to be different around different people. It can make you seem uncomfortable and make them uncomfortable.
...I'm terrible at explaining my point of view but that's roughly it.

Oh, by the way, guys, check out this group: As Bahias e a Cozinha Mineira. The two vocalists are transgender women.

The sound is a mixture of Tropicalia with Gal Costa and Amy Winehouse. Very nice their debut.

Seems the answer is yes, that is far too much ask for, apparentlyErmm

I am glad to see the massive political change that has taken the US in just my life time.
In 2004 we had a Presidential election with gay marriage, the denial of, being a major issue. I believe only 1 state at the time had gay marriage on their books. Was amazing to see over the next 10 years state by state turn to the support of gay marriage, the idea gain acceptance steadily and finally have it made a national law, except for a few countries here and there.

Can't stop progress, much as Chris Christie tried which meant overruling the will of the people and being overturned anyway by the state courtLOL
Much work needs to be done though

Jus want to start a new play: What kinda of songs you show to your LGBTA friends to make them like prog.

After starting listening to Roxy Music (yes, just now, dont judge me!), I'll like to say: HOW COME THIS BAND IS NOT PLAYED IN ALL PARTIES?

It's very sad to honor so many transgender persons killed with another death of a transgender person just one day before. But honor and remember we shall.

http://www.lgbtqnation.com/

I've been a bit busy these days with both good and bad outcomes for several civil cases I've been coaching along, but I will return to this thread in the near future. For those that are interested, the above link is for LGBTQ Nation, the place for all current and important news regarding the LBGTQ community.
Until next time. Keep the faith.
