It's my first listen and I just ordered the blue vinyl version from Bandcamp.
I really like the long spaced out instrumental jams (two tracks on the album).
I'm going to look into some of their other releases.

That's great Thumbs Up They mostly do side-long tracks. I can recommend you this one: http://store.loversandlollypops.net/album/black-bombaim-la-la-la-ressonance
It has some Krautrock influences Wink
I'll probably see them live next week, I missed one of their concerts six years ago and never got another opportunity to see them.

^ Yeah, that's the one. If you'd like to order that one from the label's Bandcamp page, I can recommend you other albums.

Besides "Far Out" and that collaboration (and Live at Casazul, although it's not great), their albums are expensive now. I recall "Titans" was great but I didn't get a copy when it was released Disapprove I was talking about recommending other bands from that label, since the collaboration is the only studio album they have from Black Bombaim.

Modern Guilt

oh good memories of the day when I suggested him for addition here LOL. I was then a babe in the woods in the world of PA's. A newly freshly minted Special Collaborator thinking this was a site of progressive minded folk.

HAH!! LOL  I learned that nothing got the guns and knives out in the old days of this site like suggesting a progressive artist for this site.

Not that that learned NOT to continue doing so

Beck is an interesting case.  I don't really think of him as being a progressive rock artist, but for the most part he doesn't stick to the guitar-bass-drums formula of many singer/songwriter types.  With the right hammer and proper heat treatments there might be a way to fit the square peg into the round hole....but guns and knives would probably be a factor as well.

That's fine, I am interested in any new bands.
