Topic: Is PA essentially an NSA honeypot? Posted: December 27 2015 at 07:57
Think about it:
1. Prog fans are proven to be significantly more intelligent than fans of nearly any other genre.
2. Intelligent people generally share an anti-establishment mentality.
=> Gather together all prog fans, let them publically share personal info such as albums they listen to (think of all the Last.fm tracking sigs) and you've got a huge database of potential terrorist suspects!

I have always suspected Toaster Mantis was an NSA agent. I have some more theories too. Let's get together and talk about how they overlap over coffee. Lots of coffee.

^ I agree, this is serious business. Prog fans are undoubtedly at the top of most of the world's intelligence services because of our uncanny ability to prevent anyone from knowing what we do all day or even what 'Prog' is.

Have only met a few anti-establishment types on PA, over the years. Have run into far too many knuckle-dragging pro-establishment types, though. In this way PA resembles real life, sadly.

...and that sums up the 'seriousness' of this thread.
