I think that this is an EP released to be sold on tour (I think that is what I read).  Looking at their discography, Echoes Part 1&2 are on "Oh Ech-oes".  I do not know if there is a difference in these recordings.

Try this. IMO This is their best album. Progger than their other albums. There are 2 "Song Sort" of this album (CD and Vinyl) and I prefer old sort (Vinyl) that start with "Johnny Hold Back" song.
My copies of the first three albums are original vinyl. There were no CDs back then but there were 8-tracks and cassettes. No Second Chance is my favorite of the three I own but the other two are also very good.
