I liked all of them but  Bill and Ted < The Graduate < Clerks.

Amazingly, I've seen all three.  I seem to recall liking Bill & Ted a wee tad more than Clerks.  (I know, please don't judge me.)  Didn't care for The Graduate - for a supposed comedy, I found it more disturbing than funny.

I didn't care much for any of them. 
I never understood why some (at the time) thought The Graduate was so good.
As for the other two, I prefer dark humor to comedy.
If I was forced to vote for one it would be Bill and Ted because of George Carlin.

The Graduate is  the best of the 3 as far as film making is concerned.........but the other two are fun .


don't know how relevant they are but....
IMDB- Graduate 8.0
           Clerks 7.8
           Bill and Ted 6.9

Weird, I don't think I found any of it funny except for the part where the dude touches Mrs. Robinson's breast really awkwardly. I took it quite seriously.
