The kind of chess where the two players have to poop in their pants to stink each other out until one collapses. It's messy, but entertaining.

I really don't have knowledge of ALL your options. I did however have a blast playing Kung FU Chess.  If you don't know its Chess but time based instead of turn based. So like every 10 seconds you can move regardless of whether or not your opponent has moved. There was also a Chess board that allowed four players at once. That was neat but too chaotic for me.
