^ It sure is a lot of music, I don't think it would make much sense getting it since Timewind is the only one I have from him
Also today: Kraftwerk - Computer World Tangerine Dream - Exit Crisalida - Terra Ancestral Patrick Moraz - Story of I

Man, I hate that sonic BOOOOOOOM crack at the end of the first side of `Timewind'! No matter how many times I've listened to that album, I can never quite predict the actual moment that it is about to hit! I listened to `Exit' the other day too, a pretty good album that one, even if it is a little short?

I don't remember any boom, my memories about that album are hazy :P
Yeah, it was short but very inspirational: I had a great idea that finally fixed an annoying bug while I was listening to it :)

Ha, give it a fresh spin and you won't miss it! After half an hour of floating electronic drifts it really kills the mood!

Ozric Tentacles – Paper Monkeys Ozric Tentacles – Curious Corn Atomic Rooster – s/t Eloy – Silent Cries and Mighty Echoes The Flower Kings – Retropolis The Flower Kings – The Rainmaker - such an underrated Kings album, the second half and especially the instrumental passage in the middle of `Road to Sanctuary’ is worth it alone

Still my favourite Nektar album, Sagi! It was one of my first `prog' related albums I ever bought, and I used to overdose on this and Floyd's `Piper'! For some reason, I always place those two side by side.

T D, I recently picked up the two CD remasters of both `Sonic Attack' and `Choose Your Masques' (reminded me that the former is the better of the two! , but I saw inside the case behind where the CD fits a picture of several other remasters I don't yet have, that Hawklords one as well as another Hawklords related live album are part of it, and I really wish I could come across them in my travels down here in Australia too! Sigh...might just have my time and simply order them off the net!

ABB .... I'm still trying to get my head around the Flower Kings. Giving The Rainmaker a listen now. Enjoying it thus far without going overboard.
A mate of mine was bemoaning the fact he had long ago lost his copy of CL&tS so I went searching for him. That prompted a listen to it and the HW odyssey. Havn't listened to any Hawkwind or related in decades. Must admit I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Only because HF is previous poster and that reminded me I listened to the Steve Rothery (feat. Steve Hackett) album "The Ghosts of Pripyat". Nice stuff. Pleasant though not exactly ground breaking.

I certainly will. Speaking of fresh spins, I listened to Relayer the other day and followed your advice and I enjoyed it much more

Yesterday: Mighty Zazuum - Into the Unknown Camel - Stationary Traveller Annie Haslam - Annie in Wonderland The Byrds - The Notorious Byrd Brothers Girón - Forest Genesis - Nursery Cryme (It's impossible to fall asleep with this one with Collins' loud and relentless drumming, lots of electric guitar and many epic moments. It's my favourite these days and probably their most energic )

Hope you came to kind of like `Stationary Traveller’, Sam! Brave enough to give `The Single Factor’ a try?! Hmmm, I have not dug the LP of that Annie H album out in ages…I think I started to write a review for it once, got about two paragraphs done and then discovered it wasn’t even on the Archives! Ah-ha, my favourite Byrds albums, and one of my favourite albums overall! So many ideas, beautiful tunes and experimental directions! Let’s hope we get a follow-up to that Giron album soon! Hmmm, might listen to it myself tonight. Back on nightshift and it’s quieter, so I’m going to dig out some old favourites.

I really liked it, especially the title track I don't think I can handle TSF
It should, probably not on Symphonic but maybe Crossover? It's quite different from Renaissance but still progressive and has more electric guitar than their entire discography
It's a special album, it's quite experimental but retains their classic accessible sound Too bad their most experimental track (Moog Raga) is not on the album
I still don't have a copy of it. I was thinking about buy one from Spain but I already spent too much on music this month
Today so far: Riverside - Second Life Syndrome Kikagaku Moyo - s/t
