Yes! I know from where this phrase came from!
Look. This phrase was later used by the italian youth to represent all kind of exploration from man to man overall.
So the impact and simbolism is far more great. Thats why it fits so perfectly.

Obviously the band didn't use that name as a kind of exhortation. They used for future reference and for young generations in particular. For that they deserve to be appreciated. At the time their aim was to diversify themself from the usual mellow italian prog (PFM, Le Orme ...).
