Klaus Schulze's `Picture Music' - although my copy has a different cover to the one used on the Archives here.

Sam, I'm persisting....I'm going to play `Abraxas' anyway!

If you still are in a KS mood, you could give this album a try: http://sequentia-legenda.bandcamp.com/album/blue-dream It has obvious KS influences but a more optimistic feeling Smile Like the name suggests it has lots of sequencer... a bit much sometimes LOL

As long as you play them all, that's OK Tongue

Kind of OD'd on Schulze at this point, my friend! I had grand ambitions of listening to his entire first volume of `La Vie Electronique' tonight, which is 3 discs of unreleased music from his early days that each run to almost 80 minutes each! Common sense prevailed....I have three more nights of nightshift to go, maybe I'll aim for one each night?

Hmmm...I recognize that photo of that Sequentia artist, maybe seen him in various electronic/ambient groups spruiking his work on Facebook?! Will listen when I'm back home, mate. Are you currrently evaluating his work for inclusion of the Archives?

Seriously, Sam....I almost never listen to that Popul Vuh album, and at this very moment as it's winding down I'm wondering why. Mental note to spin it MUCH more often!

Dig me...But don't...Bury me
I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive
Warning: Listening to jazz excessively can cause a laxative effect.

Sam, I never come across Popul Vuh albums down here...that double LP of the above album was the sole one I have, second hand on vinyl, and it seems to come with two `remixes' or reconstructions on a second LP. If I were to come across more, I'd snap them up in a second.

Oh yeah, I had ambitions to make my way through and buy all of those Schulze sets....but when I haven't even made the time for that first one so far, why bother?!

It's not so difficult to find Popol Vuh and many Krautrock/Psychedelic albums around here, there are many people that still listen to that kind of music Smile
