Are my favourite band ever, of any kind!! Out of your fine selection I chose GENESIS as they come a very close second.

I equally LOVE Yes, Genesis, Van Der Graaf Generator, Pink Floyd, KIng Crimson and Jethro Tull which you've forgot (!) to mention.

ok ok: I did'nt forget, just had a tachnical problem.....
let's do this way: everyone add a band that is missing in the list and let's do a new poll with multiple choice, because everybody love more than just one band. Fair enough?

For me it was close call between Yes and Genesis but i chose yes because i have seen them live.

Tough call, but I chose King Crimson because they're about the only first generation prog band to release genuinely progressive material in every single decade since the 60s.
