Both are pretty fantastic musically imo. TPaB even gets bonus points from me for finally using a Flying Lotus track.

TPAB doesn't really click with me, save a few tracks. It's a pretty decent album, overall; the lyrics I've skimmed are pretty great, but I find the music on it to be kind of elusive. I feel like I'm trying to cup water in my hands but it keeps pouring out before I can drink it; I don't really get it.

I finally listened to it and i disagree. It didn't blow me away all together, but there were some strong parts for sure. A little inconsistent i suppose.

But songs like Black Swan and Family are great.

I do think it is inconsistent. I also think I should like Black Swan but I just don't, and this goes for most of the songs. It seems all the ingredients are there yet there is nothing to really interest me.

they died out, but you would not mind memories of corpeses either, or the smell of dying roses, on the deathbed of kings, on a long forgotten isle.
