Matt, have you ever had Kombucha tea before? All the yuppies are doing it

Yeah, a friend has sent me a couple bags of kombucha before. The flavor was kind of weird the first time but the second time I started to dig it. I would have more if I could.

Yerba mate is great because it has nearly the same amount of caffeine as coffee, but it has a smooth buzz like tea instead of making me all jittery like too much coffee does.

Water, coffee, tea, beer, wine.

That sounds pretty fantastic.  Soon as I get off work I'm buying some

I did like kombucha but it was a bit sweeter than I'd prefer and much too expensive

Yerba mate and kombucha sound interesting. Might get a bag or two sometime.

I mostly just drink water.  I used to drink a lot of pop/soda/coke but gave that up a number of years back and now am just an occasionally drinker.

I've mostly given up pop too. I find the less I drink it the more I can do without it. I mostly drink tea and water now.

I mostly drink water and milk. I used to drink tons of diet soda but all the stuff I've read about artificial sugars has converted me to drinking Fitz's root beer, though I only drink two of those a week cause artificial or not I needed to drink less soda. I figure two bottles of real cane sugar is more healthy than seven glasses of artificial sh*t.
