Follow-up question: If 4 of 10 tracks of a band's debut full-length were released in a prior EP, would you feel, after listening to the prior EP and then seeing the tracklist of the full-length, feel like the band was cheating you out of material?

If they work well in context of the album, then no 4/10 isn't bad.

If they feel very out of place or if it was like 4/6 or such, then yes i would prefer a shorter EP with seperate material than a full-length.

If it's all for free, I don't give a sh*t. Otherwise, what Austin said.

Make the 10 song album 5 songs longer by filling it up with crappy filler songs so the ratio of released to unreleased is more favorable.
Additional advice: ignore my prior suggestion.

The full-length would probably be re-recorded.

So saw Hundred Waters again the other night.
They are so good live, much better than studio.
Great setlist, awesome light show, and i was 2 feet from Nicole. mm

The opener was insane too: Adjy.
5 piece band that had all the members running around playing lone drums or xylophones with of course the guitarist and drummer in place.
Great energy, interesting lyrics and concepts, just plain awesome.
Look em up and try the guys out.

That sounds great, as long as you get some sleep.\

I am still somewhat recovering from having been without zoloft for a couple days last week, but otherwise I'm ok.
