B.A.L.L. - "Trouble Doll (The Disappointing 3rd LP)" (1989)

I think the band shot itself in the foot by calling the album "disappointing" right in the album's title.  Ii think it was titled in a moment of music reviewer irony.  It does have a lot of underdeveloped songs that almost sound made up on the spot, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

Oh, and this was a late 80s band on the Shimmy Disc label with Kramer, Don Fleming, and Jay Spiegel.  They played psychedelic garage rock with lots of noisy bits and a hip choice of covers.
