^ One of my fave Le Orme/RPI albums.
Currently listening to MESSHUGAH - I (Special Edition LP). Musically, I'm really digging this, but the death-growl vocals I find pathetic. Just sounds like a hysterical, spoilt brat carrying on when he doesn't get what he wants. Not even evil. Hammill can sound 'heavier' than this dude.

I finally decided to check them out because of how well they battled Rush in Micky's poll.  This is a really good album.  So thank you Micky.

yeah... I might have to take a cue from that.  Once the weather warms up here I'm planning to get back into running as part of my plan to finally kick the habit.  I've really cut back the smoking, but talking with some friends they recommend just not doing it cold turkey, but in conjunction with something like biking or running.

I'll need some pump me up music.. good thing I have lots of that. YS will be the first album I take out with me,  will also be quite apropos if I drop dead in the attempt LOL
