album covers always work, you can take them directly from the archives (download to pc first I think). I had to adjust mine a tiny weenie, to make it fit, but I don't think it has to be in that format perse, I used a larger one once, you lose some resolution though. But honestly I don't know where you can find custom-made avatars so maybe someone else knows a good place. |

http://www.avatarity.com/ is a great collection. I was thinking of changing mine until you-know-who went and blew his brains out. Now it's not an avatar, it's a memorial. Wherever you get yours, try not to steal bandwidth from some poor struggling site...like I did. |

Just find some pic you like and edit it. You can use whatever program
you wish, but the one included in Windows will suit you just fine.

Hrm, I think the maximum size should be 100x100, and maybe 10kb or something, because, 10kb is almost nothing!
