Hello everybody. I am a prog-rock fan from Poland.
My favourite music is symphonic and neo-prog. I adore Genesis (Gabriel era), and the other bands I like very much are VDGG, Arena, early Marillion, Transatlantic, IQ and Pink Floyd. I hope you help me expand my music interests.

Hello

If you want expand your interests I would recommend you to try some Italian, French, South American or Scandinavian prog for instance. Those produced many widely accepted masterpieces.

Could you (anybody) tell me some bands that are similar to Genesis 1970-1975. I already know about Anglagard, PFM, Glass Hammer, Discipline(I like them). Maybe you know some more bands with a similar style that you can reccomend me?

Citizen Cain is the band you're looking for. And if you don't mind a little Yes in your Genesis, go for The Flower Kings and Spock's Beard. You'll find info on and mp3 samples of all of these bands in the archives here.

That's cool there are more polish prog rock fans Could you tell me how have you found that site? I remember I was looking for informations about Moody Blues and progarchives was one of the top sites... So, that's the way I became progarchives fan...
I think it's better to talk in polish because my english is not very, well, excellent...
