It's "imaginary" at best. |
I'm sorry, but I didn't want to start a thread about what "dark" means. I only wanted to know more music, that's it. I wrote what bands I like to listen just to make clear what type of music I'd like to explore. Most people seem to have understood, I don't see the problem.
Regarding the language, I could say I'm just bad at writing, but again, everyone who replied on this thread seems to understand me. Writing posts is good practice, perhaps in the future I will not sound so "imaginary" when writing/speaking in English. Peace |
Your OP is just perfect. M oreover, I'm gonna to rank your thread with a sparkling five stars 'cause I love the dark prog soundscapes so much ![Thumbs Up Thumbs Up](smileys/smiley20.gif)

Oh, I see. I'm glad it all turned out fine, I was starting to fear that this thread could turn into a flame war.

Nahhhhh ... you ain't no nincompoop. A "progressive" mind would not be worried about the comments, or his/her music would never have been put together.
Just tells you who the real nincompoops are, that haven't grown up yet!

Hi everyone.
Given my mood lately, I thought I could use some dark and gloomy music. I've listened to a lot of VdGG, but I struggle to find other bands with such a convoluted and "serious" sound. I would like to ask you some suggestions for what I like to call "dark prog". I don't mind heavy music.
|
Turn out the lights!
You don't need the music! And half of those are not dark as you are dense, I'm sure! |
What reason do you have for insulting the OP? |
Smurph, he not insulting you at all infact he such a nice person plus he is commenting on this forum (your post) and for a person from Japan this is very rare, now let's be happy and group hug ![Hug Hug](smileys/smiley31.gif)
