WOW for Eli to emote, you know the team is f**king up lol and anger of all! For Eli to show visible anger is something. Aaaaand I don't blame him. Holy sh*t I think there's been like 7 drops already, and all easy/open/in the hands. I've never seen so many drops! Shame defense has held well! But at this rate no way they keep it up. Oh and the run game! Pathetic

Remember when the Giants won the offseason?

Well that was silly, anyone with a working brain knows to take the pre season seriously is a mistake.
I recall the "fans" saying we should start Nassib and Corey Washington was the second coming of Jerry RiceLOL

That said, Washington just grabbed a garbage time TD. How is this for irony, everyone bashes Eli for his not so good stats but ignore his real play, now this year he's gunna end up with better stats, but no one will think about how poor the team was and really out of these games.

Well what can ya do, the commentators said it best "It's just not a lot of support for a 2 time SB champion"
At least Beckham seems to have real potential, I like Donnell, and the line is protecting much better.
Imagine ODB, Beckham and Jernigan (or Randle) would be a great WR corps but, can't help injuries.

The defense is hurt (Prince is f**kin hurt now, that's both starters, our nickle, and Walt Thurmond who never saw the field...) I'm not sure what to do about JPP, Kiwanuka may finally be used up, we be in deep trouble.

Check that. There are three teams that started 0-2 that now lead their divisions.

Ouch, Prince is indeed done for the year. DRC is battling, and McBride is IR'd. I didn't even know we had Zack Bowman! But turns out he has been hospitalized for "severe abdominal pain"
If he and DRC can't start our corners for the game will be: Jayron Hosely, Chandler Fenner, Mike Harris and Chykie Brown.

Who??? Bunch of backups/drifters and practice squad players it looks like. I haven't heard of those last three, and Hosely is like our #4 lol   Oi this is bad.... Wish we kept Terrell Thomas now! Least he was solid and has experience. Anyway, the offense is bad but this is a disaster!
Cullen is also hurt, JPP and Kiwi are looking bad. Our only pressure is coming from Robert Ayers, Damontre Moore and Jonathan Hankins, d tackle LOL  This is some sh*t

I didn't watch most of that game.

Anyway, I know stats often don't tell the whole story BUT I think 10-33, 86 yds 0 TD 3 INTs probably does LOL

The Bengals went back to being the Bungles last night.  Dalton was about as bad as it gets.

I'm going to see the Lions play the Dolphins today.  I'm bringing my 10-year old nephew to his first Lions' game.  Calvin Johnson is back; hopefully, that is a good thing.  The way the Dolphins shellacked the Chargers last week makes me a little bit worried.  This is kind of a must-win game for the Lions though.  Their next two games are on the road against Arizona and New England, which can both be pretty much written into the loss column.

Yeah, difference in system/less talent around him now? Tate has exploded.
Also too soon to say...but at least so far Harvin has been a weapon for the Jets. Granted I could've been their #2 WR they were so badLOL  Vick + their backs and Harvin now. Great front 7. If the Jets secondary didn't consist of HS players I'd say maybe they upset Pitt!
Edit: Wow great start, though huge cheap shot from Babin on that play
Edit Edit: When it rains it pours, a clean, missed 23 yard FG? This is not Pitt's day

That said our secondary is beat up as hell. Seattle has lost some players on both sides and isn't quite as beastly. ....Maybe Giants lose by only 20Cry

^ Definitely not Pitt's day Unhappy.  I feared a let down after all the offensive fireworks of the previous few games.  The Big Ben video game has crashed down to earth.  The division is still up for grabs though...

Lions pull another one out....cardiac cats LOL.  Saints had the game and let it go...at home no less!

Giants hangin tough so far 7 - 7 in 1rst.

The Lions are going to give me a heart attack one of these days.  Too close every week, but at least so far they're finding ways to win, so I'll definitely take it.  And yes, the next two games will be probable losses.  I'm not THAT optimistic.

Giants were actually leading 17-14 by half!
Sheesh, gotta be glad when they actually stay competitive...better than a blowout, but this has been sh*t.
Couldn't stop Lynch or Wilson running to save their lives, our lack of a solid LB is really killing us. Gotta rely on the line to do it all, but this has shown, a good back that can clear our line has green all around him...
We had some picks and a goal line stand, but forced 2 fumbles in 3 plays without recovering either one??
Eli and co were synced up for 3 quarters but when it mattered most started to fall apart.

Well credit where it's due, they got a lot of pressure but Wilson is an escape artistLOL can't get the guy down, and he is a legit top QB. Giants had tons of chances, so what can ya do? I guess be glad it was even a contest for as long as it was!

Heart attack games are what I'm used to. These Pats/Saints/Bronco/Packers fans are spoiled lol "I'm used to winning by 30 points" my Patriots fan roommate after they actually to work for one!
Seriously though, it's a good thing. These were games the Lions would've usually lost, and if they can win tight and ugly, it's a sign of grit. Ya got Calvin back too! Matt has really matured as a QB, I'd trust the Lions over the Bengals for example, they seem to be going the opposite direction and kind of soft.

^Yeah, I'd agree with that.  I'm still waiting for the disappointment to make an appearance.  So far, so good.

Yay Pittsburgh vomiting this one up.
Hopefully the night game won't be a one sided affair.

What makes it worse when your defense is absolutely torched?
Your DC smiles a huge smile every single time they get torched. What???

It wasn't just once or twice, I saw like 4 times it happened. We would get burned, it panned to Fewell who always had this goofy grin on! MWH can you verify I'm not crazy??
Some folks on the Giants FB page noticed for sure...hence this beautiful summary of the game and Fewell's expression throughout lol

Holy hell.
5 6 first half TD passes. Thank god Rodgers is my fantasy QB!
But this is a helluva beat down.
