Topic: Ian Anderson in Greensburg Posted: October 26 2014 at 13:20 |
It was pointed out to me that someone at last night's Ian Anderson concert, in my hometown of Greensburg, PA, was sporting a Prog Archives backpack. Did know such a thing existed. Didn't get a chance to see it for myself so I thought I'd pop in here to see if I could find out which one of our members was also there last night. Love those small, old theater venues for an Anderson/Tull show.

I was there in row U, bottom left, with my wife and 8-year old daughter, who has had lots of exposure to Tull from it being played at home, in the car, live on Youtube. I didn't have a backpack, but it was nice to know other members from P.A. were there. It was a great show. Voice difficulties were not even an annoyance; the man is a legend.

How about that, at least 3 people from our little online community attending the same concert in a little western Pennsylvania community. Now if only we could get more prog acts to swing by western PA when they tour. I don't like Philly or Ohio, I don't want to have to drive there for a concert.
