Hopefully that anxiety will go away, but I know it's sometimes something that can't be helped.

I'm usually 11-6

I used to work at a coffee shop though. Having to be at work at 4:30 or 5 was routine. I miss that job.

roughly 10:30 - 5:30 for me.  but on weekends I'll go to bed a little later (but rarely past 11 pm), and sleep to 8:30 or so.
