Me too. I also twirl my hair, but really hard like to the point of pain. I tend to do that when I'm reading books for school. I think it's a natural way for me to focus on boring stuff.

That kind of thing happens to me all the time. A song on my new album called Virginia started as a ten minute drone metal thing, now it sort of sounds like Neil Young.
