Giving first few tracks a 2nd listen...never made it through. The album sounded like utter garbage 1st listen.

I can understand where listening to Swans for the first time or at least Seer is difficult, they need growing room. I would listen to To Be Kind and some of their earlier work like The Great Annihilator.  That's of course if you still dislike Seer but want to continue to try their other music.

I'm absolutely loving this album the more I listen to it.  I feel like Mikael and the band are starting to realize their vision started on Heritage.  I know a lot of people miss the death metal side to them and I'd totally be fine with another album of that nature, but if it never happens again and they continue down this path, awesome.

I appreciate the words- but it's like telling me: "Hey you didn't like your first colonoscopy? Give it another try" This album is a abomination of music- and should be thrown into a black hole and thus forgotten forever.
