Sound like otherworldly monuments looming out of the mist look. The monstrously heavy riffing having a melancholy beauty of lost grandeur to it

Danish melodic black metal in the tradition of Dissection and Sacramentum, but a bit more introverted and abstract than say Watain. They're obviously a young band still somewhat stuck in hero-worship mode, but very technically accomplished for their age. Supposedly the group is working on a new album, which I can't wait to hear.

Indo Jazz Fusions - Indo Jazz Suite (1967)

Despite the fleeting lapses into 'well heeled barefooted have bongos will travel' territory this still sounds fresh and stands up pretty well today as a hitherto unprecedented mixture of disparate musical styles. Most of the material is carefully written out and scored for the musicians by Joe Harriott and John Mayer. On the two subsequent albums, they provided more space for jazz improvisation.
