I once saw two Blackburn Rovers players punching each other's lights out during a European game (David Batty and Graeme Le Saux, and the latter broke his hand in the process) However, I have never seen one team mate head butt another in the manner of Assou-Ekotto towards fellow Cameroonian Moukandjo. I mean WTF, ban the thuggish little pr*ck from ever being chosen for his country again. This is symptomatic of the modern confusion of passion with behaving like a complete dick in public.

Colombia ! Good header! The African nations have been pretty disapointing so far.

^Indeed.
And here I was thinking they were about to score and swoosh a quick turn around by Uruguay and 1-0. Pretty even match though and quite enjoyable too. Must admit I'm rooting for the blues.

I beleeve, Italy - Uruguai go all the way to the final, as they get the best matching of the teams.

how much a single player can change the mentality of a team...Suarez'es Uruguay is nice to watch today compared to its pathetic performance a few days back.

Big chance there!!!!
Also what's with the tight shirts? Both Ivory Coast and Uruguay are wearing these almost latex like shirts that show off nipples like some kind of softcore strippers. One could almost be lead into thinking it's cold in Brasil

One of the best World Cups I've seen hands down. I hope Holland wins.

That goal really put the game in another gear altogether. Great for the match methinks.
