^ Oooh Sagi, you know that album is ILLEGAL !!!   I am of Hungarian 'stock' and this is THE BEST Magyar Prog I've ever heard.
Just putting on the turn-table : Synopsis - Minuit Ville. Similar to Atoll's Tertio album to be honest.

It was Michael who mentioned this album to me saying it was as good as Terpandre, so I just had to have it! It arrived yesterday and I played it twice today, I already have the feeling that it's a winner. There are some really beautiful melodies and great emotional playing, I'm really enjoying this buddy. I know I'm gonna play it today a lot more Smile

But call me crazy, I couldn't help but noticing that those faster rocking guitar parts had some Iron Maiden feel to them Stern Smile, I'm betting they were fans since Maiden really broke out in those years.

Oh and you're familiar with Synopsis? It's a great little album isn't it? Thumbs Up

Sagi - excellent, and excellent on all counts....
Gotta listen Marsbeli Kronikak again for the Maiden comparisons. The flute is up there with Ian Anderson....and incredible mini-moog work.

Before:

Pretty much sounds like you would expect an album from a band called Vomitory to sound.  The singer ate too many cookies and now he vomits out his words whilst the musicians play the notes as fast as they possibly can so that they can get off of the stage to take care of their eating to many cookies.

Now for something much more pleasing to the ears:

Nice, very good album. Probably the last great Yes album IMHO.

I like it. The production is the only thing that lets it down, I reckon. Too much reverb.
