Now I know how Penny in The Big Bang Theory feel when trying to understand the Schrödinger's Cat paradox.

Used to spend a lot of time around here. Now spend more time live chatting with better company about current events and stuff outside of this site. But I still get sucked back in when I want to talk about prog rock. So on average these days, maybe 5 - 10 minutes...

Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...

Nowhere near as much as I used to, but I pop in a few times a day to see which band is currently being argued about to the n'th degree, shake my head & smile, then usually go to the non music threads. In 10+ years here, I've pretty much said all I want to or need to about music, which isn't to say I no longer do so, just not a great deal.
I know I'm right & anyone who disagrees is a poo-head

Dig me...But don't...Bury me I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive Warning: Listening to jazz excessively can cause a laxative effect.

In my 7 years or so... have to look up my non-avatar I've repeated myself enough to know what I'm talking about. Practice makes perfect. How much time? Way too much. I'm nearly about to start on reading reviews...

Lately not too much since the discussions have turned (for me) boring.

Perhaps you should post something of your own interest. With the enormous scope that prog music encompasses, surely that can't too difficult?

Without turning myself into a psychic, I'd wager that most people who've been on this forum more than 3 years, at some point in time, get somewhat bored with the place. They've said pretty much everything they'd ever wanted to say about music - they've seen all the polls and probably voted in them too - plus been here for all the nonsense debates about everything from Nazism and condensed milk to UFOs and gay mothers. Just wait a little while and they'll come back, rejuvenated and drunk like skunks - posting Genesis polls and questions about the first prog album ever made
