Think what you want to think but I am just suggesting that you should  think outside the box but you know what it is all up to you as to what you want to call yourself. It's just to me calling yourself Hispanic is a denial of Indigenous ancestry

Well I am proud of both any indigenous and any Spain ancestry I have. I don't have that problem.

O shouldn't say "tribes". There were nations, a whole Empire in South America. The Incas, the Tahuantinsuyo.

I have of course some indigenous ancestry in me from my mother's side. But again, even that is different than the indigenous ancestry of what we call Mexico today.

The whole point and sorry if I appear obsessed, it's that I consider it bordering on racist calling all hispanics (or whatever you want to call them) "Mexicans" or "chicano". That's what racists do. It's like calling all Asian people "chinese". Some are, but not all.

Clearly you are using the Chicano term incorrectly and you are offending The T by doing it. It would probably be best to do as he asks and use another term.

You are obviously ignorant of how racists Americans call every single hispanic person, "spic", or others use "Mexican", not because being a Mexican is an insult, but because calling everybody who speaks Spanish Mexican is saying "you are all the same". If that can't get through your thick head I have no hope of having any more discussion with you.
